Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PetFormly handles information when you visit petformly.com, join our email list, purchase the PetFormly Business Pack, or use the document builder.
Information we collect
- Email address when you join the email list or buy the Business Pack.
- Payment and transaction details processed by Stripe. PetFormly receives purchase status and receipt details, but does not receive or store your full card number.
- Business details you enter in the document builder when you start checkout or save a purchased draft.
- Usage events, a browser identifier, referring website, first landing page, and campaign labels used to understand the path to purchase.
- Basic technical data supplied by your browser or network, such as browser type, IP-related country, and request logs used for security and reliable operation.
Your document information
Before checkout, the builder saves your draft in this browser when browser storage is available. When you start checkout, a snapshot of your business details is sent to PetFormly so the draft can be restored after payment. Purchased drafts can be saved to our servers and opened using your personal access link on another device. Clearing browser storage removes the local copy, but does not delete a saved server copy.
Your personal access link grants access to your purchased pack and saved draft. Keep it private. Document field values and payment access credentials are excluded from our usage-event reports.
How we use information
We use information to provide purchased access, operate and secure the service, respond to support requests, send launch information you requested, prevent misuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Service providers
We use Stripe to process payments, Cloudflare to host, protect, and deliver the service and store saved drafts, and Resend to send purchase-access emails. Google Analytics is used only when you accept optional analytics cookies. These providers handle the information needed to provide those services under their own privacy terms.
Analytics and cookies
PetFormly records first-party usage events without advertising cookies. We store a randomly generated browser identifier and first-touch attribution in browser storage to distinguish visits and understand where customers first arrived. Reporting includes page paths and actions such as opening a preview or checkout; it excludes URL query strings, document text, email addresses, and payment access links.
Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you select “Accept analytics.” You can change that choice below; the page will reload and show the preference banner again.
Retention and your choices
We keep lead and transaction records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and any legal obligations. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we control, and you may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
