Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access petformly.com, use the PetFormly builder, or purchase a PetFormly digital product. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

What PetFormly provides

PetFormly provides customizable business-document templates and browser-based tools for independent pet-care providers. The templates are general organizational resources. They are not legal, tax, insurance, veterinary, or other professional advice.

Your purchase and licence

A $29 purchase grants one purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to customize, export, print, and use the included documents in their own pet-care business. You may use completed documents with your own clients. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share access to, or offer the underlying templates as a competing product.

The free builder preview lets you review and customize sample documents. Paid access unlocks the complete pack and the browser’s print dialog, where supported browsers offer “Save as PDF.” It does not include Word or Google Docs files, an electronic-signature service, or a lawyer-reviewed contract. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before payment.

Your access link and draft

After payment, your personal access link opens the purchased pack and any saved draft. Keep that link private and retain the purchase email. Local drafts depend on your browser storage; purchased drafts can also be saved to PetFormly. Contact us from your checkout email address if you cannot recover access.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, adapting documents to your location and business, maintaining suitable insurance and permissions, and obtaining professional review where appropriate. Do not enter information you are not authorized to use.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may make reasonable changes for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product improvement. “Lifetime access to this version” means access for as long as PetFormly continues to make this version available; it does not promise perpetual operation or future paid versions.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. PetFormly is not responsible for business decisions, client disputes, pet-care outcomes, lost local browser drafts, or indirect losses arising from use of the templates. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass payment or access controls, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access reasonably connected to fraud, abuse, or a material breach of these terms.
